Tyres for Octavia II

I have had 40 000 out of dunlop sports and near 45000 out of Michelin Energy savers (3mm still on them!) I do quite a lot of motorway work though.

current car is on Conti sport contact as from new, when these wear I will replace with Michelins (they are 10k and have 7-8mm left)

I dont rate ER or Dunlop fast response either.

grippiest I have tried is Goodyear eagle F1, awesome.

I never drop below 2mm, normally change as soon as one tyre gets there. I also rotate my tyres every 10k or so, helps even out wear, so all four go around the same time, then I go for 'buy 3 get one free deals'
