Hi just a couple of quick questions about VAG COM

is it possible to reset all the gauges on the speedo to zero if so how ?

how do i make the trip computer tell me how many miles i may get to the remaining fuel i have ?

any help would be much appreciated ....... steve

if you have a rocker switch at the end of the wiper stalk and a button at tho bottom of it, that's how you do it. otherwise you've not got the gauge spec on your car

MTE (miles till empty) cannot be enabled with VCDS, you need VAG-Tacho etc.

I'm taking the option that he has it installed but hasn't found the button to scroll though all the data lol

what does the left hand Lcd display, display?

i have found the scroll through button and the reset on the wiper stalk .....not that slow also had previous knowlage of vag lmao .... and it displays average speed, average mpg, temp, time etc i was just wondering if it can be done and if so how .... also it was a general question as my dad wanted to see if he could do it on his galaxy with the newer cluster with the display in the middle ...

and not the mileage ... my speedo is 6 mph out and wondered if i could reset it via vag com as i did the cluster repair and the needle was slightly off when re assembled

i have a tendency to have that effect on people haha and no its not an option however i did read on one of the vag forums that it can be done but can i buggery find it so i asked on here

My Vrs has it, dunno what model you have as I'm on the mobile version of the site, thought all models fitted with the trip thing had it?
