Vacuum reservoir.

You need it unless you've removed your secondary air system and N249 system as both of those need the vacuum stored in the reservoir to do their thang.

also its metal and no point in a breather filter on these engines or it will throw a code due to unmetered air getting into the system

Yes 4 weeks!! Phoned yday and they were there they just hadnt bothered to send them to me! Wonder when my boost guage will arrive :/
