Audi 18x8 ET47 wheels ok for VRS mk2?

Featured Replies

Hi

Im looking at buying some Audi Ronal 18x8J ET47 wheels for my Octavia VRS mk2 and wanted to check if the size would be suitable?

Ive scoured the forum but haven't found anything conclusive :@

Any help please?

Cheers

Mark

Yes mate thats ok , as long as the spacing is 5x112, offset should be fine

Yep will be fine at that offset

Standard is ET51, so it will push them 4mm further out into the arches, which has got to be a good thing

Yes they are 5x112

Thanks fellas

Looks like Im getting some new wheels :)

Just a thought ,just check the centre bore ,from memory its 57.1 , not a big issue as you can buy spigot ring adaptors but would assume the supplier can send you the correct ones for your car, its the centre of the wheel and needs tofit exactly , may be worth asking before you buy em Mark

Plus the rim is 0.5" wider results in another 6.35mm further out. In total 10.35mm further out.

ET for an 8" rim can be as low as 42-44 for a fit without modifications.
