Smart Forfour Brabus

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these? The figures seem favourable and the reviews seem ok, with no major horror stories. Used prices are pretty good now and there are a couple near me. I've been out today and driven an Abarth Punto which was good but I felt it was missing something, and a renaultsport twingo which was fun, bit I want turbo power. I weighed up a Fabia VRS but I am pretty set on a petrol. The forfour is different and looks pretty good. Just waiting to sort out a test drive and just wondered if anyone had any thoughts...

We had one here for 2 yrs and had very little problems with it though the wheels are extremely fragile and bend at the first signs of a pot hole.

They drink the petrol badly too......our petrol vrs sips the stuff compared to the brabus even when we drove it gently.

Would see around 15 mpg if driving it hard and around 30mpg if taking it easy.

Well I've kinda done a deal on a silver one. Went and drove it and it was so much fun. Was quite comfortable at slow speed but ready to fly when required.

I suggest you go take a road test in a Toyota iQ3.Manual or Multidrive (CVT)

That is the 1.3 4 cylinder.

It has so much room in the front & can get 1 & a child in the rear, or just rear luggage space.

I actually prefer the iQ Multidrive basic model (or iQ2 more electrics)

That is the 3 cylinder 1.0 litre engine that you can rev the nuts off of.

42- 55 mpg regularly.

Drives like an original Mini but with comfort IMO.

Miles ahead of a Smart in my opinion, and i have had 2 of them and 2 iQs 1.3 & my preference the 1.0

Try and roadtest the Smart before the iQ, the Smart is very poor, again just my opinion.

EDIT, DOH< So sorry,

I am more stupid than usual.

I did not spot the title was for the 'Forfour' Brabus,

I only had a Fortwo Brabus.
