Im always perticular about any new noises I hear coming from my car :/ recently there's a load of strange noises including : a slight nicking sound when ticking over, give it a rev and it goes, a clink sound when I leave the clutch out when changing gears, and a rattling sound when I floor it, should I be panicking? Iv been told the rattling is the turbo on its way out

Sounds that way mate does it smoke when you give it some

Nah, the slight clonking sound started atmfter I had the belts and waterline done, the clink when changing gear has been there for ages, and the noise when flooring it has started either Afew weeks before the map or around the same time :/
