Hello all,

Any C programmers on here? - I have got all confused and muddled with 'IF' statements of all things, would somebody mind having a quick look and putting me back on the right track please?

Mind... Blown.

Many thanks in advance,

The C Programming Language (in pdf format)

THE definative book by Kernighan & Ritchie

Chapter 3.2 should help, there is a shorthand version of if() else() but it is a bit abstract !

It's okay folks, Chris has this one covered. :whew:

In short I was a tool with the structure of the Else If statements mixed in with my While. Never ending loop!

Thanks for all the quick replies!

printf("Sorted Mate !\n"); :drunk:

Tip from my TP days at college , sometimes pays to put a getout "if " statement in .( or use stop as a fault finding measure , to see if program entering a never ending loop, move stop through program to see where it works/don't work) .If the "c" experts say it'll work.
