I believe that estates / combis have a FM aerial 'printed' on the glass on the OSR and it looks similar to the rear window demister.

Can anyone post close up pictures of the glass and aerial (when it stops raining) and also say what aerial they have on the roof (if any).

Sorry no pictures, but I have one of these on my rear offside window. I also have the 'sharkfin' type roof aerial and short stubby 'bee sting' I have a Columbus head unit.

The only picture I have for you now is my roof antena

The rear side window does have the demist type lines like the back window

I should have said originally that I thought it was only put in if Columbus (sat nav) was factory fitted.

Would really like to see a picture of the window if anyone can (do appreciate the effort as I doubt anyone normally photographs this part of their car).

What got me thinking was seeing a Touran with no roof aerial and discovering it only has a side window aerial...

GPS antena is hidden, like behind dash.

I've got the standard Bolero and aerial on the roof, and yes, the other aerial in the drivers side rear window. And yes it does look like a heater element. No pic tho sorry....

Not if it's factory fitted.. When factory fitted the GPS antena is part of the roof Ariel it's only hidden behind the dashboard when it's retro fitted

I thought these red lines in back windows were demisters? Shark fin & Columbos factory fit here as well.

Am not concerned about GPS antenna as mine is under the dash at present (retrofitted Columbus), but curious as to what roof aerials Skoda are matching with the window aerials.

My main interest is the pattern / shape / size of the window aerial itself.

Does anyone have a part number for the glass with the aerial in?

Or fancy taking their headlining down to get a part number of the aerial amp? ;-)

If some lowlife decided to smash that particular window to get into the boot, what would it be replaced with?
