hi guys looking to get a greenline tdi can you guys give me any pointers on buying

what mpg am i likey to achive and is there any recalls

I presume you mean used (recalls?).

A lot will depend on how you will us it, short journeys/motorway/1 up or more/1.6 or 1.9/age/budget. If you can give the guys on here who are knowledgeable they will at least be able to give a more defind answer.

As Danny said, do you mean the new 1.6 CR or the older 1.9 PD? Both have the same power and the newer 1.6 is more efficient but the older 1.9 will be cheaper to buy used.

As for recalls, none that I know of other than the Skoda badge on the bonnet and boot (hardly critical) on some models. Economy? Depends on your driving but I'd say between 45 and 70 on the 1.6 CR (full urban/full motorway) and maybe 40 to 60 on the 1.9?
