Rear Washer Jet In-op

Featured Replies

Has anyone experienced the rear washer not actually jetting any water?

I can hear the pump working, the rear wiper works fine, I've checked that the hose is on the spigot OK, there is no water anywhere in the boot or running in the tailgate. The nozzle isn't even damp at the nipple end, the only thing I could think of is a blockage.

I was wondering if this was a known fault, can you buy a new jet assembly or is there perhaps another fault possibility?

Thanks for any info!

hi mate check the pipe connector on the bulkhead as you stand looking at the car its to the right hand side,it is quite difficult to spot.

Well that's that problem solved, it was the pipe at the bulk head that was the culprit. Fortunately I was able to get in and sort it with one hand, there was an audible click when I pushed it home and now we have a functional rear washer jet.

Cheers chaps!
