I can see a pip that looks like that but slightly different shape but I can't get it off

Yeh that'll probably be the pipe. Basically around the bottom of that pipe there's a clip in the shape of a "U" and a pair of long nose or normal pliers and it will pull out. Then wen the clips out its just the matter of twisting it to loosen it then pull it up out of the crankcase ventilation. I'll try and look for a diagram if you need it mate

Hello mate here's a link to a better diagram of the pipe. The circled area is the crankcase ventilation which is also what the oil filter screws onto from underneath. It's the first pipe that comes off the top it. it's It's not really hard to get to just a bit fiddly getting the "u" clip off that's all then a flat blade will loosen the pipe then prise it off. If you can do thy mate I'd hugely appreciate it!!
