Dog cover for rear seats?

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a decent-fitting cover for the rear seats of a 2005 vRS? I have seen some of these which literally cover the entire rear of the car; has anyone experience of these?

Try one from Kleenszie - not cheap, but lokinglyg dogy friendly .

A Huge towel works for me.

I have two blankets that I wrap around the seats. One on the single seat and one on the double.

They are some on eBay ,I have not tryed it but I have the front ones and they are great

We got ours from Lidl or Aldi, full width and height of seat and some slots for the seat belt buckles to pass through.

Just got one from Kleeneasie , but it's a shiny one .Pets at home do one, but it's dearer than Kleeneasie one. Tried blankets, and a proper seat wrap without ties - don't work when he spots cats at home .

After a couple of thousand miles ,it's also got another good point .With no cover on ,he sometimes slips off the rear seat onto the floor. With cover on , you can adjust so that there's no gap to fall into ,and the cover stops him getting thrown around .

If you haven't got one yet, I can personally recommend hatchbag.co.uk. My normally mild mannered Border Terrier goes insane when I leave here to refuel the car. I travelled 3,500 miles with her this Summer, and, despite her frantic scratching, there was not a mark in the car when I arrived home.
