Removing my back seats

I have a mk1 vrs Octavia and I have removed the base of the rear seats but when I came to get the up right part out I can't seem get them out I have turn the clips near to the doors and I can pull them towards me but they only go so far and then stop its something from the middle where they split something is stopping them can anyone help many thanks

If you want to get the seat backs out completely you have to unclip them from the hinges once they are tilted forward

I couldn't see any bolts to undo

You need to have them at a slight angle & just yank at them and they will come out. You will need to unbolt the centre seat belt

I see you've found the outer edge clips, in the centre there are pins which fit into lugs inside the seat on the horizontal plane.

once the seat is moved forward, you can then wiggle them horizontally out towards the door.

As Taxi_G states, you'll then need to unbolt the central seat belt.

Little tip: before doing this pull the seat out to max extent, then use a cable tie round the webbing to stop the seatbelt retracting.

Its a real PITA if the seat belt retracts
