Superb new front and back badges

Featured Replies

I notice someone has ordered and fitted the new Skoda badges in the Octavia forum.Does anyone know if they are available for the Superb estate Mk 2 ,and if so ,what are the part numbers.

Thanks

What about the front and rear badges? Do someone know where to order them through the internet? I've already asked in two Skoda garages and they cannot order the references..

Hi Suvdal,

This site only has the new wheel badges, the front and rear badges are the old style.

Thanks all the same

Mine (2011 Combi Greenline) is going to the dealer tomorrow to get new badges fitted under the warranty. He claims, that they can´t order the new style badges yet. Sad thing - maybe I´ll get them next time my badges get ugly!

Does anybody have both a Superb and a Octavia? Perhaps they could measure the badge size and see if they are the same, since PN for the Octavia badges are listed in the Octavia forum..

I believe the badges sizes are different for Octavia & Superb:

Octavia Mk2 Front = 88mm

Supber Mk2 Front = 90mm

Octavia Mk2 Rear = 80mm

Supber Mk2 Rear = 90mm

Only octy Mk1 had 80mm badges, so its either 88mm or 90 for Mk2 octy rear

Going OT a bit since this is on the Superb, but I do believe my rear Octavia Mk2 badge is 80mm

Where is it available?

It's 90mm on the superb, yes.

Excuse the silly question but what is the difference between old and new badges. Mine were swapped at the last service but I can't notice any difference!

You just would have replacements, not new "Logo " badges, center caps side by side to show you :happy:2012-05-09123052.jpg

Yes it is the same on Front and rear Superb and Superb Combi too.

So you must order 2 x 1ST 853 630 A AUL

Quite probably, but there's no point having a big one if it doesn't work

Allegedly the replacement part number for Octy II rear badge gives this result - I will try an 80mm new style and center it - might even go 'all black' like a Monza...

.

For the Octy II front grill the part number returns are more realistic at 88mm, but I've yet to locate a new style badge of that diameter, I am supposed to be working so I'll save that pleasure for later (one for a Fabia maybe?)

IF anybody else can remember rebadging their II and what they used I'd be grateful of any further steers

you are posting in the superb 2 section, not octavia forum.

superb 2 uses 90mm and for the new black style we use one intended for a yeti

d'oh ...schoolboy error - sorry spent years lurking in Superbs ... thanks for the heads up
