auto smart tyre black

Got some today from ebay, it seams very runny, what's the best way to apply it?

Sponge applicator

Good choice of tyre dressing, it is the best available.

Being runny is what helps it go so far and is why it's so quick and easy to apply.

I wouldn't use a sponge applicator, this isn't something you want on your hands (or your drive!)

I use a brush dipped in through the lid...

Could you not drop some Imodium in the tin, to make it less runny

Anyone notice any difference in performance of these products between tyre types?

On the fat sensible tyres of my Audi, this stuff lasts ages, yet on the low profile sticky rubber of my Seat, it doesn't last very well.

Nothing sticks to my federal 595s at all, and ive tried everything lol it's breaks my heart as I can't go without it lol

I've noticed Uniroyal Rainsports dont like tyre gels. Nothing lasts on them.

AS high style, a little goes a very long way.

There's several ways to apply, the longer it sits the better it works. So my advice is to do the wheels/tyres straight after washing the car

I personally used to clean the tyres, dry them & then apply AS highstyle with a brush, leave to sit 5/10 mins rub in with microfiber cloth then reapply a little more via the brush again.

Used to be a valeter in BMW, tyres where always the first thing I done after washing the car.

Nothings lasts long on tyres. I've found Autoglym tyre treatment works ok on my Rainsports.
