Had a quick around the car the other day and notice the rear brakes are getting ready, its just got mintex disc and pads on for now.

Just wonder what everybody was using nowadays.

When i changed mine ant, i used standard discs and pads. You got a wind back tool for the rear calipers

Yeah Adam but its only a universal one.

Unless you're driving the car hard, then the back brakes barely do anything. I'll be putting standard Skoda or Pagid on mine.... but then the originals are still on after 130k miles and still have plenty of meat on both discs and pads, so it'll be a while yet...

I fitted Bosch discs and pads, much less grinding/corrosion and seem to work very well

This is.my 2nd set on the back in 2 and a half years
