2 week old Yeti 140 manual failed to start Sunday morning, flat battery. RAC found earth terminal very

loose at battery, Fault messages came up on power steering and esp which cleared once I had a

run out.

Do new cars still get a PDI ?

Yes they do, that's not good on the dealer you got it from. I would complain and make them know your not happy.

My next-door-but-one neighbour had the same issue on his Octavia a year or so ago - it would seem that the batteries are disconnected for delivery but the dealers aren't the best as reconnecting them properly???
