Bloody annoying squeak

Featured Replies

The furby's just started squeaking on my way home tonight, its driving me nuts already. It does it on speedbumps and i can get it to do it when im doing 25 in third and go on and off the throttle making the car jerk a little. Had a quick look when i got home with my flashlight but couldnt see much because of the dark.

Dont suppose anyones had this before? Lol gonna check springs, droplinks and wishbone bushes but other than that i dunno

Mine does the exact same. I think it's the top mounts on the suspension as mine only does it over speed bumps. Check the wishbone bushes aswell as the standard ones are crap!

Get a dogbone mount. After I fitted mine realised slight jerking etc had gone. Works a treat. It not that, as above bushes etc

i had a similar thing recently, i tightened and lubed everything took weeks, a squeak when going back on throttle, it tuned out my downpipe wasnt fastened tightly on the turbo, torqued it right up and squeek gone

Gone out this morning and its gone. I definately didnt imagine it as my friend heard it too.

Bloody cars :p

Right I've got a squeak too! Happens at low speeds, only when Im turning slightly right. Sometimes does it over bumpy ground but goes away when u brake?

I'm thinking the brake pads need some copper grease

Any ideas?
