juddering when idle

Hi guys. So yesterday this problem came up. It is juddering when idle. When you start car it start doing it after few seconds. sometimes it also happens when you start driving, there is loss of power and after couple of seconds it is ok? Can it be coil pack or spark plugs?

Just want to know before stripping everything off..

Any help appreciated.
