All was OK and to eliminate a knock I'm getting I decided to fit a super pro dogbone mount.

Went on OK, get slight vibrations through the steering wheel but now my gear stick rattles / vibrates in neutral. If I move it a little the noise goes.

Gear change while driving is very nice. Car feels better but just the rattle in neutral. Oh and it didn't fix the knock lol

Any idea what this could be? And fix?

I'll let the mount bed In for a bit. Only been on for 1 hour.

Sling it on eBay and buy a new complete mount. Iirc I payed 27 ish quid for one a few weeks back.

Get a stiffer dog bone mount and the rattle may drown out the knocking. Then undo all plastic panels and dash screws half way and theyrr rattles will drown out gear stick, hey presto the two problems you came into the thread with ... Sorted

I had one, It had done 1k and it was still terrible so it went on eBay.

Got a whole replacement mount form TPS was under £30, Was much better than the old 100k one originally fitted!
