I cleaned out the pollen filter on my Vrs and when you drop down the foam cover, under the Glove box, theres a cylinder type thing at the front , roughly where your left knee would be

If you lower the foam cover by undoing the 2 plastic screw clips, under the glove box, there is a small cylinder underneath roughly where your left knee would be if you were sat in the passenger seat. its under the glove box to the left, towards the left front.

Anyone?

Could be something to do with the passenger air bag, but if it is it wouldn't be compressed gas - it'll be an explosive mixture, usually made of sodium azide (NaN3) with potassium nitrate (KNO3)
