Looking for advice here. My vrs ‘seems’ to be slowing down. I say ‘seems’ because you can never really be certain of these things but recently I don't seem to get that surge of power I used to when flooring it. I've had the car for a few years now (45k on the clock) and recently had it serviced. Suppose its possible they did something bad. Will look into taking it back but is there anything I should look out for, common servicing mistakes that would cause this? Thanks in advance for info.

Just done a quick search and MAF sensor came up, might that be the problem?

I was going to suggest maybe a MAF problem

I had mine maped and wen I first got it done it was amazing the power was so much better than before now two years on I feels standard again I think it's because I have got used to It. I would love to be able to run it standard again for a few months so I can appreciate it all over again. Do you not recon its just the fact that you have got used to it?

Don't think so, at least I've not noticed ...

Thanks for info so far, I'll check and clean air filter, not done that for ages then see about getting MAF checked out if no better.
