original bluetooth kit

Featured Replies

I've been looking to add bluetooth capability and wanted OEM or near OEM functionality with regards to MFSW/Maxidot etc. I have an MY12 Octavia VRS with a Bolero HU.

Stumbled across a site selling a Fiscon unit for £190 and original VW one for £250. Fitting and VCDS coding is £50 extra. I/m from Coventry and the are local and can ft in an hour or so which is a big plus for me.

Question is is the original one really better and do people think this is a good deal?

Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

As a separate point I searched for the company in the forums and didn't get any hits but they seem to have several parts which might be of interest to fellow Briskodians- here's the link:

Try CarSystems.pl - just bought wiring from them for about £45 IIRC & a 7P6 module from eBay for about £55.

They sell modules and kits as well, but best value seems to be buy the wiring from them and a module from this forum for a lot less.

I think Eddie_NL on this forum may still have a VAG kit for sale. Look in the 'For Sale' section or PM him direct.

Will be fitting it myself, so £110-120 all in!

How did you get on sorting the Bluetooth I'm in the same position! Desperate for this to be fitted. I can only see modules on eBay.
