Kess V2 Remap

Featured Replies

Has anyone had or heard of this?

I was looking for Window Tinting in my area, and google bought up a company that id forgotten about. There called Fusion Tinting in Maidstone. They tinted the windows on a mates Merc. But i discovered they do re-maps aswell.

Phoned the fella, and asked him about it. I explained that i was going to go to AMD in Thurrock as they have a good reputation. So what can you do thats different?

He explained that obviously AMD use a REVO system which can be mapped past a stage one for increased performance. The Kess V2 offers the same stage one map, but as far as i can tell its a basic stage 1. If thats the case then happy days, as at the moment Im not really bothered about turning my Furby into a grizzly bear, tarmac eating machine.

A little increase in performance and economy is perfect. The figures are the same 130bhp - 165 - 175bhp.

Kess V2 has nothing to do with the remap - it's just the tool that's used to apply the map to the car.

The tool is largely irrelevant, it's the map that's going in that matters.
