hello gents

i have a slight problem my fabia 1.4 is always going into limp home mode the battery went flat when left to stand for 5 weeks and i fitted another slightly more powerful cranking amps battery to it and all was well for 5 days now it is limp home mode any ideas guys cheers?

What specific 1.4 is it? the 8v MPI or the 16v?

8v mpi petrol and yeah i would get it scanned but i dont have the equipment and bit skint for a garage this month lol

Have a look in the thread containing Briskoda members with diagnositcs software. They may be someone local to you that can help out and probably FOC.
