Goodbye stilts!

Featured Replies

If it rides the same as it does now but handles better then fine. If it's more crashy over bumpy roads you end up easing off

Not sure how many miles iv done since lowering but its fecking awful, my mum and dad hate being in my car its that harsh

Its like driving an over inflated bouncey castle, worth it though since it means actualy being able to corner now :)

Argh don't say that, got me worried now!

If it does happen and skoda warrenty won't pay for new ones might be a good excuse to get new updated ones instead or even coilovers

I'd say that's the case with most springs.

Without suitable dampers, it will be harsh.

That's my experience from lowering different cars (going through things from lightweight Peugeots to heavy SAAB's).

Unlike many other springs the Eibach ones are progressive meaning they firm up more as compressed this gives a good trade off with ride quality and handling

I fitted eibachs to my VRS at PDI and now done over 11k, imo it looks like they should from the factory and as everyone is asking, no there's been no change over these miles. I would say its not any harsher than standard and only feels tighter when cornering.

Don't have a before pic, only after.
