Replacements available on eBay.

Angle the mirror glass so that it is pointing all the way to the floor.

Wedge your fingers in behind the glass and pull the mirror glass out towards you.

It'll eventually pop off but it requires a good amount of force. Make sure you apply the pressure as evenly as possible so that you don't twist/break the glass.

Once the mirror glass is out you'll then be able to access the two Torx screws securing in the LED repeater/indicator. You'll also need to disconnect the electrical wire.

Once removed refitting is a reversal of above...
