Received an email at work from the production company as our office is on the Broomielaw - although they didn't mention which film - pity it's during the night - mind you, I'd be even less productive than usual if they were filming during the day!

Ahh thats a shame! Surprised Saxo's and 106's are still around to be "in" with the cool kids! I know they were pretty popular back when I was in year 10/11!

Theres still a few 106s floating about but matly driven by outsider kids that no longer know whats cool, everyone seems to be going dub these days :(

I still like dub! but I agree some people shouldn't have dub!

but thats probably because the aygo, 107, c1 don't really have the same "cool" compared to a 106 that doesn't look like a bubble!

I wonder if they'll sneak in a few Nova 2.0T for a laugh.

So an American film, with part based in UK and they pick 106/Paxos... Nobody else think theyre mocking us?

?? Is it part based in the UK or just Europe in the Film,

or just a Location prepared to close roads pretending to be someplace else?.

Other movies have Glasgow as a Location with the street furniture changed to be New York, (Yellow Cabs etc)

San Francisco etc.

The Roads being used this time could be any place.

They often have used Dundee City Square (Caird Hall) to be someplace in Russia in Films & Dramas.

Anyone see a Noble M600 in there? Only they have 'borrowed' my mum's bosses new car for the film and intrigued as to how it stars in it. Only customer car in the country apparently.

I heard a while back that they used Southend for the film also as it was ment to be set in London and the council said "no" to night shoots.
