Been discontinued dude, a few lucky people have some "hammerite smooth green" (like me hehe!!) which is arguably the closest match, but that's no longer produced either!

Best bet is to put up a wanted ad or look into other alternatives as there are a few (before I got my hands on some smooth green I bought some acrylic model paint off eBay which was a pretty good match)

Pantone 348 is the correct colour code, any decent paint shop will be able to mix some up for you.
