Who would you buy your Hybrid Turbo from?

Featured Replies

As title really, I cooked my PD150 today!

I don't want to end up with a turbo with cheap Chinese bearings or one thats going to fail!

I want at-least a stage 2, more if possible!

Turbo Dynamics?

Turbo Technics?

Turbo Developments?

I know a lot of people run MD376? But didn't Luke & Ross both have problems with them?

Shopping already?

Hope it's up and running again soon

Iv had my md376 for longer than Ross & Luke and have had no issues what so ever. I warm it up before but I certainly give it some stick. Alistair @ unit 18 drove it for a week recently and said it still feels as smooth & quick as the day he done it (getting on for 2 years ago now).

Im talking to Dirty Torque at the moment about a stage3 Hybrid. Dean thinks he.might still be able to use my pd150 core! In theory that will save me a bit.

Will be speaking to turbo dynamics on Monday to see what they can offer me!

Thankyou for all your replys.

Brimmer.. I'll be keeping up with.the radical next time haha.

Turbo technics are the only place that re-flow/calibrate the vnt's. As they have designed a machine to do it, and they have not sold any yet. I had problems with pd140 hybdids that TD build from the old units I removed with vnt faults. Then they stopped doing re-builds on older units, only doing new ones or re-furbs on very fresh units.

cr turbos worked for me

Brimmer.. I'll be keeping up with.the radical next time haha.

Don't call me Brimmer

You'll be lapping me next time

Unlucky bud! It sure looked good from trackside!! Shame you didn't get a timed lap as you was really flying!
