So ive given into wrapping the grill as the stone chips are starting to annoy me.

Why has everyone just wrapped the inner grill? Why not both? Why not use the whole sheet to wrap outer and inner grill together?

Well, since noones given it a go i may try it. Whats the worse that could happen...

Should be done by the end of the week.

(In the mean time if anyone has already done it and found it was a big fail let me know please....)

Because it will look terrible.... in my opinion.

Given your car is all black it might look OK though.

my outer is done black and the inner is carbon fibre.. i have just peeled the wrap off my roof and bonnet and left the grille as is just now.. may get the outer colour coded next.. will have to have a look at some others first though!

Im undecided, if worse case I suppose I can use a blade to cut the gap and make it '2 piece'. Currently its one piece vinyl. Need to put it back on the car to see...

Maybe leaving the badge silver is better.. I dunno.

On a side note, I think these new cf glossy vinyl version looks better than the original matte ones.

I couldnt do it, had loads of attempts just kept getting creases and bubles.... looked turd

Yeah Im thinking the silver badge might make it look more subtle.

I'll sit on the separation bit for now I think. The pic makes it look more indented than it actually is, its actually not that noticeable.

The car needs a clean........ Tidied up the flaking on the splitter, just need to actually clean the rest of the car now...

For me it's a bit too much carbon focused in one area. The inner would look smart though!!

Badge definitely looks better silver.

Id say it doesnt really work m8..... unless.... u wrapped the rest of the car in carbon lol..

Seriously tho looks ok with just the chrome bit wrapped but im not a massive fan of carbon wrap anyway.. unless the car is motorsporty.. which imo the fabia vrs isnt..

Splitter should be wrapped in carbon!
