I have yet to see a Yeti with a Towbar fitted which is not unsightly or spoiling the look of the vehicle. Can anyone suggest a towbar manufacturer/ model which is practical but nice looking. Based near Edinburgh with plenty suppliers and fitting shops available.

I've got the stock one and IMO it looks fine. It's a Westfailier (or however you spell it).

It's detachable, so you can always remove it when it's not needed if you are concerned about how it looks.

Most Yeti's I have seen with a tow bar have been the retractable type which only leaves a small hatch in the bumper when not in use, as per in the following video. If you ask this question in the Yeti section, I'm sure someone will give you the advice you require.
