Just fitted the PD160 intake pipe and seatsport front upper strut brace. Took about 2hrs to do both (not very hands-on, me) cos i forgot to put the wiring loom that runs around the solenoid box under the brace and had to take it off and put it right.

piccies attached

Incidentally, had a chat with my local dealer about fitting my eibach springs and they won`t do it cos of warranty implications cos they`re not skoda parts. bummer. Oh, well i`ll find somewhere else to do it.

Sounds like you should swop DIY stories with Jason. :)

Do you sprinkle flower on your engine? :P

My local dealer fitted my springs. They said if anything went wrong with the springs themselves they wouldn't be covered, but the rest of the warranty would still stand.

Just comes down to individual dealers then. My local one wasn`t too keen to fit them and i wasn`t having much luck trying to persuade them it was a good idea. :thumbdwn:
