Same here, the set I have in the dipped are 2yeaes old mow so that may be why :/ not sure! But it's weird both ours are like that. When I look at mine in a reflection it seems that they are not level so that may be why.... Have you checked you're light are aligned properly?

Mine went through a stage of not coming on but when you flick them on and off a few times they would work, but now they work fine if it ain't broken don't fix it is the approach I'm going to take on it lol

No flickering on mine at all

They are brand new

Would it be worth me contacting hids direct about a replacement bulb?
