TCPIP port forwarding issue again ?

to forward 1024 on your router to 80
You can't do that on the netgear router, IIRC - it uses the incoming port to decide which internal IP to forward to, but you can't change the port... so anything that comes in on port 1024 would stay as port 1024...

Well after looking at the manual I down loaded the only thing I can see mentions that the camera is on port 80. I think I will connect to it at home internally then run netstat to see what ports have been opened to it.

Massive thanks to Stimps and all the others for their help. The camera now works fine ended up forwardin port 80 to the camera as well.

Can I just say if anybody wants a soon to be very broken touchscreen monitor then shout now...it was working on Friday, not it's not grrr.
