Quick question about the 'ring...how come they don't like people taking cameras on there?

I've always been told they do it to cover their own arses. I.e. if you (or a car you were following) had an accident as a result of something being wrong with the track - say a pothole or something falling off a gantry, then the evidence on the camera could be used to argue Nurburgring GMBH were at fault.

Jason - are these from a Briskoda Ring trip this year? I thought it had stopped as everyone was worried about the insurance?

I'm planning to buy used, and my main priority is finding a car that has been properly maintained throughout its life. Whilst refilling the washer fluid, I noticed hairline cracks running along the top of the right hand headlight casing. These run pretty much the full length of casing, and in places the crack goes right through so that the integrity of the unit is breached. Looking at the left hand headlight I found the same, although the cracks haven’t broken through yet. Needless to say I haven’t been involved in an accident at any point, nor am I in the habit of slamming the bonnet shut etc. Has anyone el

Hi there, my rear box has finally given up the ghost so I'm looking for a half decent replacement. I don't want to fork out for a genuine OEM one as the seem quite pricey. In the past I've bought exhaust parts from a manufacturer beginning with a K and found them to be really poor. A mate of my son works in their technical department and he says he wouldn't use them. So if anyone has any suggestions of makes and suppliers they've found to be good quality I'd love to know. Thanks in advance.
