Time to decide...........

Help please...

As you can see from my sig I run a 5 year old TFSi vRS & a Mondeo wagon.

I really fancy going back to one car sometime in the next year or so, & an Octavia 3 estate would probably

suit quite well, given it's likely to be a larger car than Octavia 2.

I'm very tempted to change to current Octy for a 2-year old face-lift petrol vRS DSG to tide me over for the year or so

before the Octy 3 vRS estate is likely to be available, or even the next two years if I want to save some pennies & buy

an ex-demo or ex-Skoda management car.

My question is:- would I loose a fortune if I up-grade to a FL now (approx. £ 6.5k - £7.5k cost-to-change) or would I be

better off leaving the money in a fixed rate savings bond (3% interest?), continue to use my current car & accept

that it would be worth perhaps £3-3.5k in late 2013 rather than the £6-6.5K that I'm being offered for at as a part-

exchange at this time?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you looked at a pcp deal

Wonderful piece of Kit

I'd be interested to know if it's worth going from a tfsi to a tsi. I have a tfsi cupra at the minute and I'm looking at loosing the winter car/banger - 206, and swapping the cupra. I just want something a bit more comfortable and that I can stick a towbar on.
