I've had the B12 kit installed and at the rear one of the springs has the writing the correct way up and the other side upside down.

I've looked at the old springs and they look symetrical and the eibach were not progressive as far as I could see.

Does anyone know if this is ok, or if I'm going to have to get another bolt and then take the spring out/back.

That or go and slap the installing garage.

Any comments as to wether this is ok would be appreciated.

I don't think it matters on the rears. Looking on ElsaWin at them.

Is that for the OEM springs, though, as I'm trying to confirm the Eibach springs in the B12 kit are fine either way up too.

I agree it is bugging me.

I dropped Bilstein a note and have been told they need to be the right way up.

I'll be talking to the garage and if not, then looks like I'll have to sort it myself and never use them again.

Garage have said bring it in Monday, so I shall do that.

i think the rear ones are handy enough to get in and out anyway compared to the front

Just done mine hope I've fitted them right

All done and right now.

They guy showed me the measurements on the springs and they did appear to be the same top and bottom.

Either way, he was good to his word and changed it all around.

World of difference now compared to the old suspension.

Front window delamination - quite common on Octy's I believe but doesn't do any harm
