VW Taigun

Featured Replies

Hmmm, quite like it. I suppose the design will be toned down a bit (particularly interior) if it ever reaches production. :)

Seems odd they have chosen a name that looks like a misspelt Tiguan, perhaps Skoda's Yeti replacement will be a Eyti

Noticed what - a VW Taigun concept?????

It looks like there is a certain amount of Duster type styling on the rear of the sides, a photoshop concept involving a potential competitor? Never! :giggle:

No, not really based on your original post. However,if you would have included the above auto express link on your original post - then yes.

Are you always as awkward as this, Truthseeker?

Im sure the OP is happy he took the time to post now.

Well the post from the op included this http://www.gizmag.com/volkswagen-taigun-compact-suv-concept/24671/ on my computer and this led to the article very similar to the auto express one so I didn't have any problem :wonder:

Not the first time, chill again Truthseeker!

Just expressing an opinion - like "others" do on this forum.

The point I was originally making was that, the OP's link made no reference to the Yeti (or Skoda), and therefore, was of really no interest to me. The only reason I use this forum, is to keep updated on all things "Yeti". Granted, the later post (Auto Express link) referred to a Skoda SUV and yes, that was of "some interest". If the later link would have been included in the first place, then there would have been no need for me to comment.

Hmmm I think what you're looking for truthseeker is briskyeti. Com,

The nature of this forum is wider than any one model - the name is a big clue

I assume that now 'Our Graham' has become all cuddly someone thought there was a vacancy for the 'Captain Pedantic' roll on this forum. ;)

Hang on a minute - I thought that this section of the Briskoda forum was for the Yeti only, as shown at top of index page -

Skoda Yeti

Discussions on the Skoda Yeti

Let's not go there again, you will not find all information about the Yeti without visiting other sections, so for example if you desire info about the bolero or bluetooth or tyre info, and well these are all generic topics common to many models.

And in Tapatalk there is no section head for me to see, I have no idea which section this is in, just the subject heading.

Will someone please let me know when this thread contains anything other than sniping and backbiting? I've never quite grasped why people post unless they want to add something for others to share.

Well? ? ? ? Yes?????Are you interested now????http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/volkswagen/60907/seat-and-skoda-get-small-suvs

I saw this and dismissed it as yet another attempt to make a story out of almost nothing; its all based on VW having shown a concept at the Brazilian Motor Show.

Might be worth discussing in a couple of years time; I'm off to bed!

At last a sensible comment!

Well that's that then.

Moving on to the next thread :)

I like the Taigun, just not sure about the Up! platform.
