Is this a boost leak?

Okay,

When im driving at about 1.5-1.6k RPM and i put the foot down for acceleration, (about half way not to the floor) I get a vibration/whoosh noise (Seems like its from exhaust maybe?) until 2k RPM then doesn't do it.

Is this a boost leak or something else or is this normal and im worrying too much
