vRS Red Rag to a Bull?

Featured Replies

Take the vRS badge of & replace with an htp one, that will tell you whether it is the vRS badge or not.

One of the guys on here upgraded his MK1 Octy vRS to around 350BHP & swapped the vRS badge for a 1.4

Had a play with a R8 Maloo ute off the line. Had him to the next set of red lights...he then turned his doosh doosh music off and put his window up

Nice work. Funnily enough, my old 4 speed auto Focus held a (supposedly) blown Commode ute up to about 50kph, and boy was he embarrassed!

It's only happened to me once at a set of traffic lights that went from 2 lanes into 1. I was sat in the left lane and a Scooby pulled up the side of me, revving and popping his exhaust. :wonder:

I looked at my passenger while quietly slipping it into 'S', and said wait for it. Red, Orange Green GO, i booted it, he booted it, he was trying so hard to get in front of me and could hear him changing gears frantically lol. I pulled back to let him in as I could see Police in the distance but I saw him put his hand up going like "WTF" lol . Both got to the island at the bottom and waved good bye to him

I remember years ago seeing an old 1.2 Nova merit in that washed out greeny blue colour held together by rust with the matching grey/brown interior smoke a scooby down the 1/4 mile

guy came back round to the paddock and popped the bonnet revealing an astra 2.0 16v engine with a set of chuffing huge Nos jets :o

It is all good fun in a Fabia, but i have most fun with tailgaters while in my Picanto.

Somebody in some sort of lowered & Halford'ed up Golf is away this afternoon, with his mates taking the Michael out of him.

He should not have tailgated a little Kia with an old man driving, while he had passengers and the wrong tyres on.

You should never judge a book by its cover, especially if its in a plain boring wrapper.

My Fabia and I get ignored all the time, its a Mk1 Elegance 1.9TDI in Cappouchino Beige ! But i have had it remapped so its got the same torque and BHP as the old MK1 VRS now, i tend to pootle around all the time but sometimes if idiots are on my tail or annoying me i do put my foot down, and when needed it can fly. The biggest fun though i have is not even in my car, it on my Honda Fireblade 954RR2.... The number of dim wits i get in all manner of vehicles trying beat me from the lights defies belief, i have had vans (white of course), corsas/novas, fiestas (the rusty two door ones !). I don't often get the decent cars trying to beat me as i think most of the owners know full well it will be pointless.... but every now and again it can be fun.

BMW and Golf driver's tend to try and push me out of the way . Also had a couple of mini coopers and Audi A4 knobs.

Actually the worst culprits are those in Mini Ones. Think they feel they have a point to prove because they couldn't afford the Cooper/Cooper S. Love putting my foot down with one of them up my rear end and leaving them in my dust!

I enjoy leaving the odd sales rep (I think they call themselves, account managers these days) behind at the lights in their Audi's and BMW's.

You can normally pick them out by the leasing company stickers on the back.

I leave them to their normal discourteous ways around town though.
