which obd for a 2002 fabia 1 1.4 8v please?

a friend has an obd 2 which does my renault kangoo 2000. he uses in conjunction with a mobile phone app called TORQUE which sends results to displays on his mobile phone. for example it showed actual mph with dead speedo so my speedometer fault was dash not sensor .

Fabia is OBD2 and torque works just fine on it
