TV Advert

Car looks nice but don't think much of the advert!

CRAP I believe is the phrase.

Needs a rear spoiler and some neptunes...

Needs a 2ltr engine + DSG.

It needs more than that, it needs a rethink.

needs 40mm of low, a proper lump up front, say ~170bhp, a darker interior trim and to be made of 'meaner stuff' ;)

And a proper MFSW, not the bleedin' bodge it & scarper affair that Skoda have put on it.

This ad is a bloody disgrace & embarrassment I just turn if off as soon as it appears.. Cringeworthy is about the mark.

Typical of the today standard of car ads . Though few ads are of any quality, apart from possibly the Aldi one and the go compare

back to topic,,,,,, as you were ;)

crap is the word that springs to mind

one of my favourite car ads is this one

That Rapid advert is embarrassing to all Skoda owners in my opinion. I have cringed when it's come on when I've been with other people.

That Golf advert's great though. :)

I don't see what the problem is with the advert. It is very clear who Skoda are marketing the car at and they've made that clear in the advert. I've seen worse; I've also seen better too - like the last Fabia vRS advert; but I think the advert sums up the Rapid generally. Its an overly practical, soul-lacking, white good (I haven't seen one in flesh yet though so could still be persuaded...)

I'm starting to like the music they used in the advert
