If you're handy with a soldering iron, then it is quite easy. Though, i'm not that handy and managed to do it.

I believe i got the idea from mattievrs on here and sent him a few PMs regarding the LEDs used.

Were the original lights under the switches/buttons LEDs anyway so it was just a straight swap for different colours or was it a bulb fitting that needed converting?

Straight swap. Heat up old solder, remove bulb/led, then fit new LEDs in the holes on the board and apply new solder, trimming any excess prong. Depends which LEDs you get. I can't remember which ones i got now though.
