One bit of damage on the front left was caused in Cornwall after a bus forced me against the kerb but that was just on the edge. The other damage on front right was on a kerb at some services when i thought i had plenty of space but then heard/felt the scrapping noise and saw i'd screwed the actual alloy up. :(

I hope yours does polish out, as you haven't had them that long.

My front splitter is hanging down a bit compared to the Cornwall pics, so need to see if some screws need replacing.

Looked at it last night and it looks like i must have parked with it against a kerb and not realised. It has actually twisted the plastic round a bit and pulled it away from a couple of screws, so need to get it looked at asap. Just hope i don't need to buy a new splitter.

Managed to get the splitter reattached, though do need to add a couple of extra screws to stop the middle from sagging a bit but need to either get the front in the air or the bumper off.

Thanks for the offer of getting me a new splitter, Pete.

Looking good, John.

My splitter was sagging in the middle and settled with taking the bumper off as felt it would be easier overall.

It's the part of the splitter that doesn't quite match up with the bumper that i need to put screws into, just to pull it up a bit more. I think it will be a bumper off job but can wait until June when i'll next be in the West Mids and have chance to do it.

Looking good john. Kerbed the front drivers side alloy?

The bit of the splitter that sags, have you cut half an inch off it? Ie the mounting lugs?

Yeah, kerbed it pulling into a parking space at some services. Thought i'd left plenty of space. :(

Cut some off the mounting lugs, so no issues there. Might have been able to cut a tiny amount more off but seems to be okay now, just another couple of screws needed.
