Paul is on his way back with his new momo wheel fitted - apparently feels great but can't see the dials - think he went for the smallest he could get!!

Anyway, looks quite sweet, pic attached...

Looks nice! No airbag I assume? Maybe a big pillow and some straps was included?

It will be difficult to find parts on Paul's car that will still be covered by the Skoda warranty soon - although I don't suppose he's really bothered that much anyway!

Leather steering wheel is 140 quid new, though I reckon he'll keep it for resale. You'd have to mess around with airbags too, which would be a nuisance...

Fair enough - I'm happy enough with my wheel anyway, ta. It would be a serious waste of money on my part. I could just as well print out a vRS logo and pritt-stick it to my existing wheel...hmm What a quality image that generates!

Does the vRS wheel actually have a vRS logo on it, or is it just a standard Skoda leather wheel?

I assumed it did, otherwise it would be no different from mine would it? Never mind, because I'm not really bothered anyway TBH. I have got a bit of a headache, which I think is to blame on me having a new 17" monitor at work (and my old one was 15") My eyes hurt. :(

The Fabia has a plastic patterned steering wheel, doesn't it? At least the courtesy cars I've had did.

I do wish Paul would take more care when deciding which forum he should be posting in. This should be in my Styling since the new wheel looks like a mere bauble to me, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it advertised in the For Sale section before the weekend is over. UIndeed, most of the rest of his car has already been advertised there over the past week!
