Featured Replies

I know there basically the same but I've just been on phone to seat at work and he said there intercooler will probably be Alot more pricey. Can anyone shed any light or even tell me your experiences??

Much love.

Well working for a dealer I can get a better deal on a seat cooler instead of a forge one but still pricey, and it don't come as a kit so pipes brackets etc to be ordered separate :(

Forge, their seat sport style one, fully welded, better quality and similar money.

Coke or Pepsi?

Smooth or Crunchy?

House or Garage?

Acid House or Hard House?

That is some helpful links! Thanks dude that's good prices too seat said your going to be looking at £700+ that don't seem right??

Ths mate same as the ss 1 but has a bigger core and there is a discount code on the firum somewhere thats what i have fitted

If I was going to buy a cooler of which I am thinking about I would be going for the SS one from Darkside.

THS do one that looks like a welded version of the SS one

Ths one is a thicker higher quality core than ss.

Pic of mine installed.

that looks pretty dam good

THS's website says they are out of stock....

I think at Darkside's prices I'd have to go with them

I think the darkside pipe work increases to near £300 if your running a standard turbo though.

thats pretty cheap prices from darkside for the cooler and kit, very tempted!

I'm assuming a remap would be a good idea after fitment- or would it not make much difference without change of turbo etc etc??

(better cooling so better response and less heatsoak sound very appealing even in near standard engine tune!)

Is there a forum discount from darkside? Possible group buy?!

Do they do EGR deletes for the BLT which retains the ASV? I'm sure I read it somewhere!

they've recently become a sponsor so i'd imagine they'd be open to sorting out a group buy

Forge one I'd say.

Yes the Seat one is cheaper and larger. But the Forge one fits and the Seat one does not.

I have the Seat one, wish I hadn't! You have to cut the rad surround, crash bar and bumper.

Joe, you looked into the ibiza crash bar that the other Joe fitted with his fmic? May be worth a like for yours mate.

You still rocking the blue theme?

Forge one I'd say.

I had the Seat one fitted...

No need to cut the slam panel on mine??

lots of cutting involved on mine. Crash bar especially. Also the radiator surround and the front bumper.

Id be up for a group buy on the DS seat sport one

I have a spare Ibiza crash bar lieing a round if anyone is intreasted
