well dont agree and its not a brand new turbo and unless your power figure is backed upp on more than 1 dyno then i would say it hasnt happend lol and would need to have a few other little mods to make it work.

wouldnt say love him but yeslove his work and not only is he one of the best around but he also spends 1000's of hours perfecting his maps for us the end customer he doesnt do it for huge finacial gains he is a true legend and without tuners like him pushing the boundaries figures like this wouldnt happen its that simple

Bloke has got back to me, it's provisionally sold, but if bloke doesnt get back to him then i have next shout. it's still on car at the moment, he lives just down road from my outlaws, which is a bonus so i can go and look at it all if i get nod.

Its a stage 2 and good for 300 bhp they said, cant remember the actual stats. I have got some confidence in them tho as they not only work the cold side and bore out the hor for the turbine but AET have also worked the top of it where the split is between wastgate and turbine unlike the CR one. I am going to practice doint this on my std turbine housing as its cracked there and I recon ican get rid of the crack as its very thick in that area.

Only thing is the CR one has a 4mm bigger intake on the cold side where the AET one is the std size of 40mm iirc so the std tip fits so my Neuspeed one will be ace, just need SFS or someone to make up the top section to fit the 3" maf.

I have a good spare housing too to go on my std K03s so I can sell it onas the core is solid, was just the one crack on the wastgate turbine split bit.

badger bill makes a larger custom tip, think it comes in bits too, would really help with your setup!

Yea I want it looking std and I not a fan of the one part silicone TIP as there is a coolant hard line down there that will rub on it. it has done on my hard one but when I put it all back together Ill be putting a small silicone square in between them.

Billy you can manipulate it to give another few cm of clearance ;-)

yup pretty sure badger bills one is in 3 parts though! with a hard pipe in the centre iirc

badger has a few versions of his 3 inch intake

the v1 was in 3 parts

the v2 has the billet joiner

the v3 is full silicone

Man, Back to square one, that Bloke was an Arse Billy! he has sold turbo and lines and wants to sell rest of set up ie: standard manifold, downpipe and decat, injectors standard tip for 275! oh and he would throw in a 4 bar fpr!

I think I am going to look at everything and go from there, I really want to be able to compare bhp and torque figures for turbos. I am rushing at this, when I need to slow down and really think what i want, that was a nice price set up, but was it what i really wanted. not sure to be fair.

My head hurts from it all. lol.

My turbo is shagged, it they could re work it amazing, but there is a couple of very nice cracks in exhaust side, where it splits.

how much wonga are you willing to spend?

keeping it as a daily driver?

you want top end or early boost/torque?

any turbo is worthless if you haven't got the right map, so don't save on that!
