Just wondering, I've done it once or twice, but usually the other driver looks at me confused or ignores me. :confused: :(

I try to hail vRSes going the other way, but my reactions are usually too slow....

lol-no-that wasn't a full flash!! the people who recieve full flashes love it!!

We do- but they are mostly elderly drivers who are concentrating on driving with their noses pressed to the windscreen so they tend not to notice!

P.S. never been spotted or seen anyone from this website on the road Are you just fictional people who sit at computers with vrs badges stuck on your cd drives?!

*L* that's what i thought... I spend an hour on the road travelling to work everyday, and an hour coming back... never seen anyone (other than ColinD twice) and no-one ever seems to see me :(

and I work in Warrington which seems to be a small catalyst for a group of fab vRS drivers... :( doh!

I flashed (lights before anyones says!) at a Yellow VRS yesterday near Worksop (A616 i think) and they almost left the road because they looked so confused!

Everyother Fabia owner in Huddersfield seems to over 60 and blind :(

I sometimes wave, problem is you may get either a wave, or a middle finger or similar response as you shoot past

A silver vRS and I exchanged waves yesterday on the M25 as I overtook - though we were in a speed limited section. I then made a wrong choice of lanes and he went past in the outside lane.

The main problem in terms of cars travelling in opposite directions is recognising a vRS in time.

Always try to flash my lights or wave. Only ever had one response from an Octy vRS driver on Anglesey a couple of weeks ago. He was more bloody enthusiastic than me!

If i wave or flash lights @ anyone here it would no doubt end up in road rage!

I agree "Fabia 12V", your lucky you live in a nice area of london, I live in Streatham, inbetween Brixton and Tooting, I frequebtly get peolple pretending to get out of their cars, middle fingers, all sorts and usually because people are always in the wrong bloody lane and they seem annoyed when they havn't a hope in hell of getting past me when they try to cut in pull past at the lights, etc.. its great fun holding your ground, but one day im sure someone will just drive right into me, until then... if your not in the right lane, you aint coming past

However I always wave at other vRS drivers or any others if they wave at me, always wave at any modded skodas as its likely to be one of you guys.

My wife was flashed and waved at by a car full of people in a fab vRS.She was driving my octy vRS at the time.

She came home totally bewildered.I have put her right now and she has strict instructions to flash and wave to the nice people in future :wavey:

I wave at Vrs's

Once i saw a furby in tesco car park and opened the passenger window with my switch then lent over my girlfriend and shouted 'nice car' as i was driving past. She thinks i'm silly.

I put a briskoda calling card under the wiper of a parked furby and then saw the same one (i think) driving and when i waved an elderly couple looked really confused. I am worried they think i am after them
