Ambrosia's poorly

Featured Replies

A few weeks age Ambrosia went in to get her Air Con re-gassed, since then she's been having a few woman's problems, anyway she's been back in and all the Air Con Gasses have escaped.

She has a leak in her Condenser, due to corrosion, so she's having a new one fitted under warranty.

A know problem, admitted by Skoda so she's having a different one to the OEM fitted.

Poor Ambrosia!

How did you go about getting a non OEM condenser fitted under warranty? I would have thought Skoda would have asked for "like for like".

Sorry, think I've worded it wrong.

The New one is a Skoda Condenser I think it's just been re-designed/Improved.

Get well soon Ambrosia

New Condenser being fitted on 30th Nov.

The old style ones are known to corrode so Skoda have introduced a new make and it's made of different materials. (Wood, no Doubt :giggle: )

Hope this fixes the problem

How does a 2yr old car have a rusted condenser, odd.
